Fantastico! Ho soggiornato una settimana con la mia famiglia. Appartamento stupendo, molto silenzioso la notte, pulitissimo e dotato di ogni confort persino filo interdentale e dentifricio. Host sempre pronto a rispondere in maniera tempestiva ad ogni richiesta sia prima che dopo il soggiorno. Il quartiere e' sicuro e tranquillo,la metropolitana a 5 minuti di cammino e per arrivare a Manhattan ci vogliono dai 45 ai 60 minuti. Complimenti a Susanna siamo stati veramente bene e consigliamo a chiunque questo alloggio. Luca Lara Sofia e Anita

Susanna was an amazing and very helpful host. Always responding fast and ready to help. Was extremely kind to help us with arranging a taxi to the airport. The flat was exactly as nice as the pictures showed with really good beds, duvets and pillows - we slept like babies! Very well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The apartment was placed at a quite street very close to an underground station, where an express train was going straight to all the major stations at Manhattan and Brooklyn - we were on Manhattan in no time. Good shops and restaurants close to the apartment - also for reasonable prices take-away. We had a great stay and can only highly recommend this flat for both shorter and longer stays.

Staying here topped off our great trip to NYC. It was perfect. Susanna was an excellent host who checked on us often and was responsive to our requests. Gorgeous rental. It was perfect for our party of 3. We loved the short walk to the N line that takes you directly to Manhattan. Nice tree lined street. Very quiet. We felt very safe staying here, even when coming home late on the subway. CVS just up the street, along with a McDonald's & Dunkin Donuts. Great pastry shop on the corner. Also loved her bathroom amenities: toothpaste, floss, and lovely body wash, shampoo & conditioner. Kitchen amenities had coffee, tea, and condiments which was also a nice touch. Staying here was a great way to enjoy New York as a local. I loved waking up and looking out my bedroom window which faced the street. I remember seeing a comment on Airbnb that said if this place is available, just book it! I'm so glad I did. I will be sure to stay here again. Thanks again to Susanna for having us!
