Santiago’s place is very well located. It’s amongst big luxurious hotels such the Irotama Resort, Hilton and Mercure. The complex is right near the beach and I think it’s in the quietest part of Santa Marta. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is always somebody at hand to offer help. We loved the terrace area full of lush plants and very private. Very easy to travel from there to all areas in Santa Marta and beyond. We visited the old town of Santa Marta, and we took a bus to taganga. We also took a tour to playa cristal in el parque Tayrona. There is a great shopping center within 5/10mins walk with a good selection of restaurants, bars and a Carulla supermarket. Santiago was very responsive and helped us with all our questions. We wanted to extend our stay and it was easy to arrange. We were lucky that there was availability for a few more days. If you want a little oasis in Santa Marta, this is the place to stay. I would not stay in Rodadero at all

El alojamiento es espectacular, muy bien ubicado, cómodo y tranquilo. Tiene todas las facilidades que se describen en el anuncio y la ubicación es inmejorable. Queda a distancia caminando (íbamos con niños) del centro comercial Zazue y 20 m de una hermosa y tranquila playa. Santiago es súper amable, la comunicación es muy fluida y siempre estuvo al tanto de nuestra estadía. 100% recomendado, sin duda volveremos.

We really enjoyed our stay at Santiago’s apartment. From the minute we arrived we felt the relaxed energy of the place. The terrace was beautiful and private due to all the luscious plants. This place is great if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! Direct beach access, lovely beach, good swimming, and quiet nights sleep. This place is PERFECT! Private, direct beach entrance, calm, with tons of restaurants and most important a quiet beach to rest, enjoy and breath peace! Place is just like the photos and the terrace is something magnificent. Without no doubt what makes a guest feels like home is how the host makes you feel at his place, with this said, I only have a massive thank and congratulations to Santiago who was always on top of everything, open minded in our needs and requests and a lovely guy always trying to give unique and seamless experiences at his crib! Will go back there without any hesitation, in fact, talking about beaches in Colombia and their cities, Santa Marta was not one of my fav until now! Wanna enjoy the beach?
