Great host and great place.

The place was perfect for our stay. Extremely peaceful and quiet, had everything we could’ve thought to need or want and very clean. It’s in the perfect location located across from a huge park we were able to spend lots of time in and walking distance to places to grab snacks and meals. The host left clear and easy instructions to find and enter the place and quickly responded when we had questions to verify about parking. Although we didn’t use it this time, it’s very close to the light rail and a quick trip to MetLife, which we did need to get to. The main bedroom is huge and it’s a bonus that there are two full bathrooms! Would definitely book here again.

My family and I stayed at Mel's home for the last three weeks! We can't say enough about how kind and attentive of a host we've had! The place is beautiful, clean and cozy. The location is safe and secure and traveling with kids this was big on the priority list. Mel went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy with the property. There is an awesome park right across the street that I know my kids will miss a lot! They're favorite part was the splash pad! If you are ever staying in Bayonne, this is the place for you!

Unfortunately there were many cleaning misses during our stay, HOWEVER, we worked with Mel to rectify many of these, so the stay is much better (still a few opportunities remaining). Also note that parking was an issue (many zone restrictions), HOWEVER we absolutely loved the space, super peaceful neighborhood and being right across the street from the beautiful park! We would ABSOLUTELY stay here again if the remaining small things were rectified, which we're sure Mel will do in the future - so still highly recommended!

Mel is an excellent host. He responds to my messages very quickly and effectively. Also he really respects tenants’ privacy. The home is nice and sweet. Very bright and clean. There are also enough utensils prepared in the apartment. The neighborhood is safe as well. My favorite part is that this apartment is right cross a park. Recommend this apartment!
