The ground floor consists of: - a living room with sofa, Smart TV and fireplace; - a modern fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, ice cube machine, dining table and access to the garden. This room is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the pool; - a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower suitable for disabled people; - a study with a desk; - an half bathroom with laundry area equipped with washing machine and dryer. The first floor, which is accessed via a comfortable internal staircase, consists of: - 3 bedrooms with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower; - a bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite bathroom with shower and a panoramic terrace; - a bedroom with a double bed, two single beds on the loft and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The bedrooms are carefully furnished, elegant and bright, with a wonderful view of the sea and the countryside. The outbuilding, located next to the main building and connected to it by a porch, consists of: - an entrance room with a kitchen unit equipped with hob, fridge and sink, Smart TV and staircase to reach the loft; - a bedroom with a double bed, in which there is also an ionized bathtub, and a double bed in the loft; - a bathroom with shower. The outbuilding is very bright and gives direct access to the pool area, thanks to a French door. The property is equipped with air conditioning and there are insect screens in all rooms.
