Adrian was a great host, offering recommendations for places to eat. The apartment was so well placed for overground to/from the airport, underground & walking to lots of different places, retiro park, Prado Mseum, Retiro Sophia. The place was spotless with great blackout blinds & aircon. thoroughly recommend

Adrian's rental was perfect for our 4 night stay in Madrid. Great location with easy access to the metro. The place looked just like the pictures with lots of natural light. I was also surprised at how quite it was at night.

Un departamento maravilloso - cerca a muchos de los sitios (museos de arte) y a 3 paradas de metro, incluyendo Atocha. Las habitaciones amplias y la cocina de buen tamaño y bien equipada. Adrián también fue un anfitrión excelente - muy atento y nos dio varias recomendaciones!

Adrian was very responsive and helpful. He gave us good advice on local restaurants and services. The apartment was charming, and conveniently located 1 min from the metro and 5 mins walk from Retiro Park.

We had a great time staying at Adrian's apartment for a month. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, and Adrian prepared the baby room with a pack and play, high chair, as well as some toys for our little ones. The natural light in the apartment was excellent, and we really enjoyed the fresh air. Upon arrival at the airport we were in close communication with Adrian. We were a bit lost navigating Madrid's metro for the first time from the airport, but Adrian was very kind (despite waiting for an hour for our arrival). The apartment itself is in a great location, and was very close to bus lines, as well as metro line 1, that will easily take you to locations such as Gran Vía, the Prado, and the Reina Sofia. We found a few restaurants we very much liked in the area, as well as bakeries and grocery stores within walking distance. Retiró park was around a 12 minute walk away. We had a great time, and would be happy to stay again for our next visit!
