There is an EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE DOG in one of the homes adjacent across the street that attacked my father in law while walking outside of the host home. According to the neighbor directly across the street, this dog is a known issue in the neighborhood and regularly attacks anyone who is walking on the road. We rented the home in order to walk to the beach, but did not feel safe leaving the house. We left and got a new apartment, and despite our concerns the host refused to refund any of the money for the rest of our stay. We followed all check out instructions provided and attempted to leave on good terms. Other than this issue, the house was as advertised, but be aware that this dog lives at one of the homes across the street and is left off-leash, and is a known issue in the neighborhood.

We loved our stay! Best stay we have had - beating all our other rentals by a mile. Everything matches the description plus more. The details in this home are spot on. Everything was very well done. The backyard and patio was a highlight. The pool was a nice temperature. The third bathroom was also helpful. There are multiple entrances to get to the beach - all about a 1/3 of a mile away (not even 10 min walk). Nice amenities everywhere and well thought out. We will definitely target this home again.

We LOVED our stay in this home! 3 blocks from the beach and facing the inter coastal. We packed so many things unnecessarily because this house was stocked - sunblock, Qtips, shampoo/conditioner/body wash - you name it, they most likely had it! The screened in porch and backyard are amazing. Wish we didn’t have to leave!
