Incredible spot for a big group. We had a wonderful time. The only issue we had was a lack of basic household amenities I.e soap and trash bags which I don’t typically expect of an Airbnb. Lauren was quick to get someone out to us to send trash bags but it delayed our ability to clean up in a timely manner.

We can’t say enough good things about the Pink Paloma!! It was the most perfect house for a girls getaway! Even more perfect that the pictures!! Highly recommend staying here!!

The house was fantastic! The rooms were beautiful! I would have rated all fives accept for a few issues. In one room the bed was broken, and people staying there didn’t have comfortable nights sleep, and when we asked for help, the concierge service told us we could sleep on a couch, since maintenance couldn’t come right away. Normally I would say fine, but we paid a lot of money to have this place perfect. Another issue was the hot tub. We also chose this place for the hot tub and pool. There were major heating issues with the hot tub and the woman helping us through concierge seemed to have no idea how it worked, and then the day before we were leaving seemed to either get the right into, and we found out we had to wait like 4 hours for it to heat up. That was pretty disappointing. We loved the area, and if those few things were fixed we would definitely had given a five stars. We also feel disappointed that we didn’t get some money back for these issues.
