Vacasa generally is easy to work with. But I had a problem with my reservation that is not getting resolved. It stemmed from a computer issue not allowing us to change a checkout date. Vacasa tried to help fix it, but what was hard, is every time I called them, I had to start my story over and over and over again. Problem is still not resolved, but the place is very nice, I would still stay at a Vacasa property again. I recommend being very cautious of the check in and check out dates.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this northwoods cabin. It was very clean, very comfortable. The only glitch we had was that the gas fireplace did not want to light but Vacasa connected us to someone that assisted us over the phone to resolve the issue right away. We had a great week -- we were close to the snowmobile trail and even on the days that we could not ride because the temperature was unseasonably warm, the cabin gave us a great place to hang out and play cards or do puzzles. We hope to stay again!
