Great place to stay with everything nearby. The security guard and the property manager were FANTASTIC!!!

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate with. Also, the gateman/ property manager, Hammzat, was helpful, and it's a safe and well-gated environment.

Enjoyed staying at Abiodun’s place. Clean property, good electricity set up and access to the property was straight forward. Had issues with the WiFi whilst using my devices (except phones) but an overall good experience. Thanks.

The good part is that the place was as described in the pictures AND Abiodun and his team were very responsive. The bad part was that we had MANY issues with amenities. Background: I booked this place as a way to give my parents a little treat and naturally gave them the largest suite in the house. 1. Unfortunately their AC did not work and was not fixed until the last day of our 1 week trip. No fan or other solution was offered so they slept with their door open to try to get some cool air from the hall way. 2. In addition the ironing board had a broken leg and was unusable, I didn't want to iron on the bed b/c of the risk of ruining the sheets so had to go out with rumpled clothing. 3. The treadmill didn't work at all and this was part of why I booked this place 4. Some of the chairs had loose screws and were unstable etc. 5. My sink etc... All of these issues perhaps were manageable but, for me this experience fell far short of what I had paid for or expected.
