La Mansarda se trouve dans un quartier résidentiel très calme facilement accessible à pieds depuis la gare et le bord du lac. Luca est très accueillant et flexible - nous avons pu arriver assez tard le premier jour, et laisser nos bagages le dernier jour, pour la journée. La Mansarda est d'une propreté impeccable et très pratique, avec une magnifique petite terrasse en prime. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable.

Superbe séjour au lac majeur. La mansarde de Luca était idéale, au calme et en même temps proche du lac. Luca a été particulièrement réactif et nous a bien conseillé notamment pour les plages proches de la maison. Et la climatisation était particulièrement appréciée pendant la canicule ! merci encore à Luca et à sa famille.

Luca is a brilliant host who made us feel very welcome. Great communication makes the arrival effortless. Easy communication throughout our stay with a lovely friendly checkout at the end. The apartment is very spacious and has ample facilities to make it feel home from home. We were amazed how well built this roof space is. Well insulated with great air-conditioning if required. A lovely roof space terrace to enjoy in the evening. The apartment is spotless and well decorated throughout with a well equipped kitchen. Bathrooms are modern and also spotless. Safe and secure location with great parking in Luca’s grounds. Access is via a remote controlled security gate. The area has lots of supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment. Finally, like to add that we really enjoyed our stay at Luca’s. Highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting a relaxing break in this lovely spot in Italy. Thank you, Luca.

La casa è splendida, pulitissima e curata nei minimi dettagli, spaziosa e confortevole. Luca è molto gentile e disponibile. Montacarichi comodissimo per le valigie. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.
