Ellen's Oasis is my home which I have created so that visitors can enjoy too. It is approx. 1 hour from Kotoka International Airport (KIA). There are 6 double en-suite bedrooms (3 of which have twin beds and the other 3 have double beds) available. There are 2 large living spaces where guests can hangout and relax. Breakfast(from local ingredients) will be available. Please note that there are additional charges if booking the space for an event or video shoot. Please see Ellen’s Oasis on IG. The accommodation has many environmentally friendly features - solar water tanks sited on the roof provide warm water for showering. Bio digesters are in use for all toilet waste. A bore hole provides dug water which is filtered and pumped for use throughout the accommodation. Future plans, finances permitting, include full solar panels to provide all the accommodation's energy needs.

Oyibi is a small town close to Valley View University. From Oyibi there is easy access to Akosombo, Somanya, Oda. The accommodation gives you good views of the Aburi mountains in the Eastern Region.
Ellen's Oasis is 25 kms/1 hour from Kotoka International Airport.
Arrangements can be made with a local car hire firm to take guests to the different tours in the regions. Guests will also have the opportunity to experience some of the different modes of transportation - 'tro-tro', rail, local taxis, Uber, ocada/Pragya if guests choose to as part of their sightseeing tours.

I am a Ghanaian born lady who has lived, studied and worked in UK since the age of 11. My ambition/dream was always to return home and to have an intimate time getting to know my home. I moved to Ghana immediately after my retirement, to Ghana to realise my dream.
