The house in Perth is quiet and new, closes to Perth airport, CDB, V-park and Curtin university. Walking distance to supermarket (ALDI & East v-park), 24-hours shop (Spudshed Bentley), 24-hours McDonald's, Bunnings and fish & chips. Close to train station (Welshpool, Oats Street), bus stops (177-179) and 930,220 and 999,998). No more than 4 people share a kitchen and a laundry, 2 or 3 people share a bathroom and a toilet. Clean linens are provided for new booking/guest. please let me know if you need other small stuffs such as towel, blanket, cable, iron, hair dryer or garbage remote after or before check-in. Even though there's no perfect room in the world, but I still like to hear your suggestions and try my best to improve the living environment for you. Please tell me in person if you have any good advice. Please don't expect 5-star hotel room standards but paying rental price. 7 days notice can be given to get the refund if you are not happy to stay here after you check in.
