BATHROOMS - There are 3 ensuite bathrooms. - One of the ensuite bathrooms on the first floor also features a steam room. - All bathrooms have geysers, towels, hairdryers, wardrobes, and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - Be greeted by a cascading water fountain as you step into the premises of this lavish abode set on the outskirts of Delhi. - Following a white pastel throughout its expanse, the elegant interiors with a hint of opulence feature a spacious living room with sofa-style seating that can accommodate up to 12 people. - It also offers a range of amenities such as a portable music system, AC, TV, Wi-Fi, heater, and a CCTV camera for security purposes.  - A walk through the roomy confines of the living room will lead you to the dining area where one can enjoy scrumptious meals. - The dining area is replete with AC and can seat up to 10 people at a time. - Get the best views of the surroundings and a glimpse of the vivid hues of the skies on the terrace. - Comfortable seating has been arranged here for 15 people here. - There is a steam room located on the ground floor near the pool, and the sauna room is where guests can rejuvenate themselves and spend a relaxing time. - Due to power shortages during summer, guests can access both of these amenities for a limited time either in the morning or evening. - The luxuriant confines of this home will lead you to the landscaped green exteriors of this property that are a treat for everyone. - Spreading across an area of over 12000 sq. ft. the well-manicured lawn has the capacity to host 200 people, making it perfect for intimate gatherings and events. - Amalgamating with the verdant exteriors, the quaint gazebo makes for the perfect setting to have a wine-n-dine session with your loved ones. - It can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. - The vibrant blue outdoor pool is another highlight of this property.  - Flanked by sun-loungers and the pool is 20x40 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth.  - Please note that the pool is not heated or temperature controlled. - The outdoors also features a myriad of game setups where guests bring out their inner healthy competitive spirit. - Outdoor games such as football, badminton, basketball, and a trampoline are available. - The outdoors also offers a great place to engage in some fitness activities whether it be morning yoga sessions or a walk on the dewy grass.  KITCHEN - The guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery. FOOD - Breakfast is complimentary. Kindly note that the breakfast service ends promptly at 10:30 AM. - Vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per person. The meal package will include 3 gravies. - Non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost of Rs. 650 per person. The meal package will include 2 vegetarian gravies and 1 non-vegetarian gravy. - Please note that the kitchen will be closed around 10:30 PM. - Outside food is strictly not allowed on the premises. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
