Hele fijne plek om tot rust te komen na alle drukte rondom de watervallen van Plitvice. Jelena is een fantastische gastvrouw die ons verwende met 2 heerlijke Kroatische lekkernijen. We voelden ons erg welkom en onze 3 kinderen vonden het heerlijk om een hele bovenverdieping voor zichzelf te kunnen gebruiken! Ik zou het iedereen aanraden om hier naartoe te gaan.

ID Riva Tours is an agency that don't actually own the property or manage it in any way. They failed to provide us with check in details, an accurate location, or contact details for the host, and did not respond to a single message or phone call over the two days leading up to our check-in. We eventually managed to get another local to give us the contact details of the actual host Andrea (who was very helpful and friendly throughout!) by showing them the Airbnb listing. The only way to contact the actual host is via his private number, which means the Airbnb customer service had no paper trail when they were trying to help us. Andrea himself was fantastic, and the flat was very beautiful and in a brilliant area. We had a great time once we were in, but the level of service from ID Riva Tours leading up to check in was unacceptable and led to a lot of stress and wasted time.
