We had fun at Casa Malbar. It’s a perfect place for our family gathering and celebration. Karaoke and sound system is very good. Big rooms that can accomodate big families or barkada. Good furnitures and areas perfect for a party or any family celebration. Very responsive host. Thanks Bryan! You have a very accomodating caretaker as well. Need some attention on the pathway near the pool and fix the billiard table leveling. Overall, it was a memorable and good stay. Thank you!

The place was very spacious, great for family gathering. It has newly installed aircondition at the living room area which was really good given the recent temp reaching to 40+ degrees nowadays since it is now summer. It has several ceiling fans which helps disperse the heat. The water temp iis also just right so good to swim even at night. They have a long dining table which is good for family gathering. There are also several bathrooms that can be used. The swing area is great specially at night though best to provide additional lighting. They have a videoke with great selection of songs. They also have billiards table, coffee nook area. They also have several TVs in some of the bedrooms, one with available game console. There is a room downstairs also which would be good for seniors who might have a hard time going upstairs. There is also a lounge area on the second floor and overlooking veranda over the pool. Overall we enjoyed the place and great for family parties/ big groups.

The listing is beautiful and spotless! caretaker welcome us right away and assist us on every request that we have. The Host is very hands on making sure that we are comfortable in the listing. They even have a senior room on the 1st floor so, my grandma and grandpa don’t need to go upstairs. the room is very clean and the room is very cold and it was really nice. We really enjoyed the pool and the teenagers enjoyed playing pingpong and billiard. every room has a bathroom all in all we really had a great time Thank you Bryan for accommodating us and thank you for the caretaker who helped us celebrate my father’s birthday 🥳.

At this price, I do think it shouldn't be a big deal to provide towels and silverware. Under the expired guise of pandemic, some facilities have chosen to no longer offer basic services. Here water is extra. LP is extra. At this price, those are nuisance upgrades and you should just assume your customers will use them and include it in the price. it's $400+ dollars or so, but let me charge you an additional $10 for water and gas? That's like saying you can stay in our facility, but you can't USE our facility. Makes you feel a little unwelcome. There is a full time staff on site. To provide towels and wash them is just an insignificant cost. Nice place, but honestly, I'd stay somewhere where I felt more welcome and somewhere some of the basics are provided. I don't know the area, and I don't want to have to go shopping for items to enjoy a one night stay. Bring your own pool towel? Really???
