Уютно, чисто, комфортно, тихий комфортный район, немного далековато от центра, но это может быть плюсом. Доступен бассейн и теннисный корт. Все нужные магазины рядом. Рекомендую!

Thao is very responsive and also understanding. She is a great host. The apartment is very nice as well. Her unit is fully furnished. There are a lot of breakfast shops and cafes and meal shops within 5 mins walk too. This place is about 45mins drive to the town and to the airport.

We planned on staying for 1 month but felt very comfortable and decided to extend for an extra month. The condo and the surrounding areas are great, especially if you have kids. There are tons of parks. If you don't need to be close to D1, this area is worth considering since you have everything you need at your doorsteps, including the Vinbus which is free of charge (GRP 3 goes to all Vincom Malls, including downtown). The condo is modern and very clean. If you like to cook at home, you also have everything you need. Thao is a great host, responsive and proactive. Overall, we had a great stay and would strongly recommend Thao's place.
