Home was cozy and perfect for the occasion. We were in town for a Marathon. The amount of space was perfect. If we had brought the kids they would have loved the kids room too. Loved the living room set up both upstairs and downstairs. So comfy. Nice fire-pit out back but we just never had time to use it. Next time we have to enjoy that. The home was close to a lot of good restaurants. Not really walkable but there were scooters that we were able to get around on when we didn't want to drive our cars. Cute little neighborhood. We'd rent this again.

The house was just as described. The basement bedrooms were a life saver when traveling with lots of kids. Peter was a very communicative host.

Awesome home! Had a bigger group and it fit everyone. Great layout. We really enjoyed our stay. Host was more than accommodating. Would definitely stay here again

What a great experience we had at Peter’s house! It was PERFECT for our trip to SLC — 7 of us, 3 adults and 4 teens. The basement was just perfect for the girls to have their own space, and the bunk bed room was so fun for them. The upstairs bedrooms and bath worked great for us moms. The house is quaint and updated, had everything we could have hoped for, and it was an easy 10 share ride to downtown. Peter always responded quickly and was flexible with us at checkout. If we come back to SLC again, we will definitely come back to Peter’s place!

This place was amazing! Only ten minutes from downtown! The home was spotless and felt like a home away from home. Peter the host was extremely helpful and recommended local places to eat. We would definitely consider staying here again!
