Excellent stay though short. We had to stay to rest and watch netflix but around 6pm the internet went out and never came back until we checked out early the next morning. There was no toilet paper refill and we almost went out. And only one blanket for the 4 of us. Besides these little troubles, everything was smooth and comfortable. Check in was smooth and also check out. The space was beautiful and clean. Location was perfect for our agenda. Near moa and airports. Thank you for the great stay!

Ms. Jaina’s place was very aesthetically pleasing and comfortable for 2-4 people both in size and functionality although the comfort room’s lock is broken. In terms of the location, it is very accessible to many food options below the building as well as to other key locations such as Mall of Asia and PICC. I just had trouble communicating with the host since she replies a bit late so I had a little trouble checking in (I had to remind her of my pass on the day of check in) and we also had a little miscommunication during check out although I find it understandable given the time difference. I hope this would be improved so other guests would have an even better experience. Overall though, my stay is still comfortable and convenient for my business in the city. Thank you, Ms. Jaina.

I dont know what happened with the internet but wifi is not showing especially we needed it for work. Anyway, stay was good. convenient check in. thank you

Miss Jaina’s place was both clean and comfy. Also liked how it was just a few minutes away from MOA and NAIA. Highly recommended for those who want to stay in the Pasay area. Salamat for a pleasant stay, Miss Jaina!
