Explication d accès pas assez clair Dommage que l appartement ne dispose pas d une vrai planche à repasser Dommage également qu il n y ai pas d étendoir sachant qu on se trouves près de la place et avec piscine et jacuzzi à disposition surtout que la place dans le logements le permet

Excellent place! totally recommended. Its walking-distance to almost everything in Playa del Carmen (1 block from 5th avenue). Great amenities, nice host. Well equipped, everything working.

The apartment is in a brand new complex on 10th ave, a block from Playa's new supermarket, a block from 5th ave, and a few blocks from the beach. An amazing location. The apartment is great. Everything is new. Minor downside is that the view is of other apartments, but hey, you can walk to the beach or take the elevator to the roof pool to see the beach! So no complaints there. One bedroom doesn't have views of anything, just a frosted glass window of an airshaft. But...the upside is that this is wonderfully dark in the morning, so if you appreciate sleeping in, this is an amazing bedroom. Also, I found the mattresses incredibly comfortable. Some of my best night's sleep ever. The place was missing a few kitchen things like salt & pepper, but they were kind enough to bring laundry detergent when we asked about it, so giving them 5 stars for everything.
