Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Really friendly pets. The host was really nice, and the room was perfect if you're going to be out for most the day. You might share the place with another guest. The area can get a lot colder compared to other areas of the Bay, so you might need to bring a warm jacket to keep you warm. Make sure to check the weather forecast beforehand.

Jasmines place was welcoming and her pets were the highlight for me! I enjoyed seeing her briefly while cooking and her pets were also very friendly and sweet! I would stay again if I’m ever in the area. She is very responsive and her home is immaculately clean. Her place is on a residential street and it’s very quiet apart from the pets and occasional noise from the tv. Lovely person, and great place. Highly recommended

This is a good place to stay if you are planning to be gone most of the day/evening. If you are around during the day, the house can be a bit busy and noisy. The pets are very friendly. I think there were a few other rooms being rented so the shared bath was frequently in use and could use some cleaning. The houses are very close together and the neighbors were quite chatty and noisy into the late hours of the night.

Jasmine is a very responsive host! The room was quiet, clean, and in a safe area. It was easy to find parking too. Would recommend!
