House is a good location in relation to the slopes. Very cold weekend and that showed a flaw in the hot water system. They have 2 tankless water heaters (good), but have them in an uninsulated room behind the garage. Temps down to -4 at night, so too much cold for the barely-insulated garage door and a vented door to hold up. Better plan to insulate pipes in the room would probably do it. Also, 3rd floor hall bathroom shared by 6 people had a drain that was pretty blocked. I found a plunger and was able to pull up a lot of debris and it drained 25% better. I would just schedule a plumber to power snake the drains once a year when they (hopefully) are coming to flush the mineral deposits in the tankless water heaters. It's a rental for a lot of people, so the residential-level fixtures getting used a lot more than designed. Lastly, this is a pet peeve, but upgrade your bedding. Pillows, sheets, blankets were not great. Overall, a good house in a great location.

The layout of this unit is good for big groups and the furniture and finishes are nice. You can technically walk to the slopes, however it drops you out in a black diamond. we experienced several major issues that were not resolved during our stay. The unit was visibly dirty when we arrived and had trash left in it from the previous guests. The thermostat was set to automatically turn off the heat and drop to 55 overnight, so we spent the first night of our stay without heat in 20 degree weather. The toilet room in the master bath has a faulty light and no windows, so it was pitch black when you shut the door. Two of the tubs didn’t drain and the jacuzzi tub in the master bath wouldn’t hold water. One of the cabinet doors in the kitchen kept falling off the hinges and hit us in the head. We communicated all of these issues during our stay. The only resolution was to send three men over who dropped off a stack of towels and didn’t repair any of the issues.
