Cannot say enough about how pleasant Melina was and how impeccable her apartment was!!Having beach towels and beach chairs was awesome so we didn’t have to lug them with us. The only things that were not great were things that are out of her control. The building is dated and in need of renovations. The main pool was open but kids pool closed off, parking garage is difficult to maneuver large SUV in as spots are close together and support beams are so close to parking spot.

My two friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The apartment was impeccably clean, beautiful, and just as pictured in the photos. The location was amazing; on the beach and so close to so many restaurants, stores, and only a short, cheap Uber ride away from Old San Juan and other locations. We loved waking up to the beach view and the most gorgeous sunrises! The beach chairs and cooler provided made it so easy to head down to the beach to enjoy the day! The air conditioning worked amazing and was so refreshing to come home to at the end of the day. Overall, the apartment was private, quiet, and we never heard any noise from any of the other tenants in the building. The staff at the front desk and gate were very friendly, and our host was immediately responsive to any inquiry/message we sent. My stay here made my first stay in Puerto Rico a fantastic one and I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo! Felt right at home. It was the perfect location. Oversees the ocean and short walk to the beach and restaurants!! Definitely recommend this place!!

The location was perfect! Right on the beach and a private apartment pool was the cherry on top. There were a ton of restaurants within walking distance that let us taste all that Condado had to offer.

The place was comfortable and clean. Location was convenient for things we wanted to. The unit itself is updated and modern. The building is older and a little beat up, but it felt safe/secure & the pool was nice. The beach was convenient and easily accessed. There are some really great restaurants nearby. Host was friendly responsive.
