The Platform is a great property that has been very tastefully converted from the old station with beautiful finishes and touches. It also occupies a good location overlooking the valley with a sunny aspect and easily walkable to the village close by. We really enjoyed our stay there and Pauline was extremely helpful. Highly reccomended.

Thank you Pauline & Martin for a wonderful short stay. The Platform is a lovely relaxing place to stay, comfortable and cosy. We loved the log fire, super comfy bed, and the peaceful location. It’s the perfect location for exploring the area, we took day trips to York, Harrogate and Leeds. We stayed with my elderly parents and the property was perfect for them, it was important to us that the property was all on one level and easy to get around as my Dad has limited mobility. A real home from home. We look forward to staying again. Many thanks Andrew & Sarah.

One of the best AirBnBs we’ve stayed in. Wonderful location, with a lovely view out over the countryside, Pauline’s place felt super peaceful while still having everything you need. Spotlessly clean, super comfortable and lots of space. Pauline was a really lovely host, too - very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again!
