The apartment was spotless, the bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Super close to Broadway St. (less than 2 blocks) easy enough to get around. The extra verification step was annoying, but not particularly tedious. We booked last minute on our drive in and had our PIN within an hour or two. The host was easy to reach at all times through text with the number provided and there was someone downstairs at the front desk. I also realized after the fact, they provide two addresses and the second address which has a 24hr person, is just the front side of the building you’re staying, so you could just complete verification for your PIN there when you arrive. Overall great stay, easy going Host, clean & comfortable, would absolutely stay again!

Loved my stay! I was there for 2 nights and the price was great for downtown and so much space in the room! Friendly staff and such a peaceful stay. Definitely staying again!

The place was nice but the reason for the 1-star rating was the service and how these host communicates. They informed me they will send me email to get my id verified, why is that needed when Airbnb already verified me? Eitherway they did not sent any email. So on the day of my check in, I don't have any information. I keep on messaging them but they don't reply. They only read my messages but took them more than 2 hours to respond when its already 8pm that time. Even when I called them it went to voicemail and I did left voice mails but dis not get any call back. What kind of service is that? When I get to the place there are no wifi information, again took them the following day to respond when I am already checking out. Seriously these host is a mess in communication, and mind you its a company not an individual hosting so you will think you get better servide but NO.

The place was very clean and centrally located. Staff was VERY friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with recommendations. Would definitely consider staying here again and recommending it to others visiting Nashville!
