Amazing staffing and so responsive! Everything was awesome, except the neighbors played house music until 9 am which kept us all up over night

Listen! I’m definitely a resort girl but with a group of 12 of us, I needed a different type of space. For this to be my very 1st Airbnb experience it was absolutely thee best. From the breakfast daily, to the transportation connection, as well as beautiful spacious home. I am impressed. I had a question early on after booking for Luisa and she responded in a timely manner. In terms of recommendations on places to go and things to do the house manager Marcela was AMAZING. There wasn’t one thing that I either inquired about or needed that she didn’t make happen. She got me in contact with Erick for the transportation who was super helpful and William for the welcome lunch I wanted to set up for my friends. While it was pricey for the space it was well worth it as all my guest had their own space and rooms. The aesthetics were absolutely photo worthy and the home was well kept. I would absolutely stay again and this was the perfect place to bring in my 40th birthday!

7 nights - 21 ppl (9 couples + 3 additional friends) Pros The rooms were spacious, each with an en-suite which was perfect. The staff were exceptional - Marcella (the house manager) helped us with all of our questions before and during our stay. Carlos and his team prepared delicious breakfasts for us every morning and was accommodating of food requests. Communication with Luisa overall was positive and she was responsive. The communal areas were always clean and overall we had a wonderful stay Cons There were some issues with water pressure/lack of hot water on the top floor but maintenance were on hand to help. We also had issues with one of the door locks on the 3rd floor but a maintenance guy came out in the middle of the night to fix this. Our biggest concern was the fact that there was a planned outage on our last day (no water/electric/signal) and we were not informed despite other locals saying that they receive 1 week notice, so getting ready to checkout was very hard

I’ll start off by saying what a beautiful home! Luisa, Marcela and staff were nothing short of amazing! Decent walk to the center, but doable. The home is perfect for large groups (own rooms and bathrooms). Breakfast was well served in the morning, and would recommend to any of large parties. Cab ride to hotel zone isn’t far, but traffic on the strip is brutal. Everyone enjoyed their stay and privacy!
