This place is very good. Everything is close by. Initially i was worried about the stairs as i have a toddler and a 4 years old. But there is door all over the place and it is so spacious that it was enough for them. They like the place and it feels like home.
We had a great month long stay, and felt very much at home! Sangeetha was a great host, always responsive and quick to address any of our concerns. We had a wonderful time here and will definitely recommend the place to anyone we know who is visiting Chennai!
Location can’t get any better if you want to stay close to beach in Neelankarai. The home is priced right and I think it’s value for your money. The neighborhood is excellent and the caretakers are amazing. This home is tri level so be prepared for stairs. The place gets cleaned during your stay and the bottled water gets taken care of - which is a bonus. I highly recommend Sangeetha’s place to anyone who wants to live in South side of Chennai.
I had rented the property to host foreigners visiting for a wedding function in the family. Checkin was smooth. Cleanliness was excellent. Host Sangeetha had arranged for provisions for guests' breakfast. Host had proactively arranged for unique decor (a kolu or doll set) to accentuate south Indian culture and auspicious function. That was a great personal touch. Then during the heavy rains that Chennai had, this area did not get any water logging issue. Also the power back up generator at the property supplied uninterrupted electricity. Govind was so helpful in cleaning the property and providing any other additional services that the guests needed. Overall, my guests were so impressed and happy with the entire stay at the property. Location is so close to all amenities, beach and the host had given a useful guide with links too. When guests wanted specific recommendations, for e.g., for spa, she helped. Thanks and Best wishes to Sangeetha.

Neelankkarai Kapaleeshwarar nagar is well known for his serenity and exclusivity. The neighbourhood is quite posh where chennai city's whose who have their residence. Very safe and decent locality. 5 mins to reach main road and to beach. All amenities like major banks, ATM's, hospitals, drug stores, grocery stores, big departmental stores, fruits and vegetables market, meat and seafood stores are very close to the place. International chain of saloons, restaurants and cafe's (Mc donalds, KFC, Baskin robins, Starbucks, mainland china, Tryst cafe, madras cafe, coffee day), indian retail branded stores etc are also very close.
The guests can enter sri kapakeeshwarar nagar from ECR main road. The property can be reached by taking the first left from Kapaleeshwarar nagar arch. A blue sign board reading first north main road will welcome you. On your left side second compound with three beautiful stand alone row villas with three big black gates can be see. You can see two big neem trees in front of our property.
