Karen is the most forthcoming and welcoming host. She is precise, reliable, responsive, kind, flexible and provides useful advice. The location is very convenient, on the edges of the Barrio Italia, which is at the same time lively, authentic, and safe. It is a bit noisy at night if you're rather used to cities that sleep, but this can hardly be avoided in this neighbourhood. With windows closed, it's quiet inside. The apartment is very convenient and nicely fitted. The balcony is very pleasant. The building is extremely safe, well equipped, with a great pool overseeing the city. The staff at the entrance is more or less forthcoming depending on who is on duty that day, but always doing the job. Overall very high value for money, and fully recommendable.
