What is worth of this place is the view, that it’s all. The kitchen: it is helpful to have a stove but when you have rusted utensils and exposed electric wires, it becomes a concern. Broken, chipped mugs, rusted cookware. The AC system is only available at a certain hours of the night. Overall, it was not exactly worth what we paid for. But the view and the location were serene and private. The mattresses were just too hard to sleep on. A couple of the room restrooms had a bad urine odor. they seem clean, just a really bad smell.  the pool was clean throughout the time we were there.  the fence facing the beach has holes that allowed the local loose dogs to get in, they got inside the kitchen and spread the trash one night.  The gentleman who took care of the place while rented were very attentive to any needs.

El anfitrión muy atento! más sin embargo falta mucho mantenimiento al lugar y las fotos no son actualizadas sin embargo el trato del personal todo 10 pero es un poco alto el costo para lo que se ofrece en el lugar e instalaciones

The experience of my stay was very good; this place is the best if you want to be in a very private area and relax; everything is comfortable inside the place. The refrigerator, freezer and stove work very well in the kitchen. The only downside was that the place was under renovation and was a bit dusty; the rooms were okay and great view, however, the showers needed some maintenance; but nothing we couldn't handle. It will be great to visit when it is finally renovated. The guy who takes care of the place is nice, very attentive and available when needed. We spent a really great family time, and able to take our pet!
