We looked forward to our stay at Chet's place for weeks after we booked! Unfortunately, our stay was not as anticipated. Upon our check-in, and walk through of the home we noticed several things instantly. The balcony out of the master bedroom upstairs, lanai screen was coming apart in a large section exposing the entire patio and pool area to outside. The jacuzzi tub had standing water in it, later learned that once you shower in the shower next to the jacuzzi, the water comes up into the Jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom had exposed wires from an outlet near the night stand. I understand these things happen but you would think the cleaners or the property manager would take mention of these noticeable things and attempt to do something before the next reservation check in. One of the nights of our stay, there was a loud party that took place next door at house 2965 from 9pm-4am which was a bummer keeping the entire house, with a baby up. For what we paid, definitely expected more

We absolutely loved our stay!! The location couldn’t have been more perfect for all the activities and shopping. Our favorite part was the location of the home. The way the pool backed up to a lake was so peaceful and relaxing it gave the illusion you were tucked away when really you were 5 miles from Disney! I highly recommend staying here, we definitely will be staying here again!
