Norm and Marsha were extremely communicative through the entire rental process. Their house was extremely clean and comfortable…especially the master bed! We had a great time at the Paddock Square and our 4 year old had a wonderful time dancing with the locals. We were about an hour from Disney World which wasn’t a terrible drive! We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay here. It was our favorite Villages rental yet! So comfortable and modern and we loved having the fenced in yard. Would definitely rent here again!

I really enjoyed my stay. I especially enjoyed the saltwater pool near the house and going into Brownwood Square with family for a wonderful dinner and dancing to a great live band at the square, all very close by. I loved how quiet it was in the house as I had work zoom meetings to do and am a light sleeper. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the walk-in shower with its various settings. The kitchen was so bright and clean with lots of counterspace for meal prep. The bird life in the wetland area behind the house was outstanding and added much enjoyment as I drank my coffee in the mornings on the back screened in patio. I got to watch a little songbird chase off a hawk from its nest! I wish I could have stayed longer. It was a great working vacation for me. I will be back to stay a whole week next time.

We had a wonderful time and felt right at home! It was great to be able to park inside the garage, and the boys had fun taking the golf cart for a spin. Thank you Marsha!
