Wonderful place to spend our Thanksgiving vacation. Great location with easy access to local restaurants and stores and very easy commute to the surrounding areas like Aspen, Glenwood and Snowmass. Comfortable beds and couch and a great kitchen for cooking. Would definitely book again.

Ben is probably a great host but this place was not great. I think he had just started renting it and there were several issues (heat wouldn’t turn off, so the answer was the shut off the boiler which meant no hot water!), not to mention the kitchen wasn’t very usable due to lack of utensils, appliances, towels, soaps, etc. the ceiling fan in the master does not work and the answer was to give us a box fan to put in the window. This is not what you’d expect from $900/nt. The place needs to be well stocked, cleaned up a bit (television was on the floor in the living room) and then maybe I’d consider coming back.
