The visit was great! Before arriving, all the information was given very clearly, and no problems with check-in. Flexible options with the check in time were great. Apartment was very clean, and looked good - actually it looked even better and bigger than in the pictures. :) We didn't really need anything during the stay, but our host wrote proactively to check if all was ok, and was always quick in replying messages. Location is great, just enough out of the centre for some peace and quiet, but still close to everything, and well connected by tram.

I had a fantastic time in the apartment. Excellent location, close to the metro station and the mall. The apartment was - fully equipped with everything you might need. It was warm and cozy (I was during winter season, so that was very important). If there are more than two people, there is enough space to move into two rooms and enjoy privacy. Everything was perfect, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The mattress was covered in dried menstrual blood and a blood-covered towel when we arrived. We contacted the host to resolve the issue - housekeeping put a new towel on the bed, made up the bed, and left us a box of chocolates. We had to flip the mattress over. We were reminded repeatedly that we needed to check out before 10am. When it was time to check out, we left the keys in the apartment as instructed. The building foyer door locks from the outside. We were trapped in the foyer with NO WAY OUT. The back door leads to a walled, barbed wire garbage space with no exit. Had there been a fire or emergency, we would have been TRAPPED. I tried to contact the host for help, but they took an hour to respond, and when they did, they said they weren't to blame. We were VERY LUCKY that a neighbor came home at that moment and let us out. The apartment is in a great location. Many tram and bus lines, lots of restaurants, about 15 minutes into the Old Town.
