Our home is in a lovely neighborhood in Orange City, Florida. We hope you find peace, tranquility and relaxation in our Little Slice Of Paradise. Complete privacy when you stay with us. Your private guest quarters are sealed off and will not have access to the main home. The suite is on the opposite side of the master bedroom. We like to play soft music for comfort as well. Recently renovated this well maintained fenced modern farmhouse ranch is our dream come true. Our passion for The Hillside Haven was to create a sweet retreat Oasis for us, our friends, family and guests. The fenced, secluded backyard boasts of an outdoor paver patio pergola arena with a fire pit, grill and outdoor dining space. Take in the gorgeous sunsets from the patio. The beautiful landscaping is a continual work in progress, we call it tending to our soul. A sweet garden path has been growing over the last 4 years as we've worked the dirt. We have little side yard for a barbeque, game of corn hole, or sit and sip at the fire pit. Enjoying a sunset and some relaxation. Blessed to enjoy a lemon tree just over our fence that we share with our neighbors and it produces 100's of fruit every year. Last year we planted a peach tree and awaiting our fruit. We have several pineapple plants growing in various stages of growth. We have a large screened in pool, under cover patio and gathering space including a TV, cable, and wifi. Our Tropical Oasis offers a relaxing guest room with Queen size bed, vanity with electric outlets, and USB port, mirror, and full dresser are just the beginnings of your comfort. We decorated the Private Guest Quarters with a desire for it to feel warm, inviting and cozy splashed with Floridan vibes of Wanderlust. The 2nd Bedroom/Lounge is a multi purpose space. She leans into the beach feels a bit more. This area serves as a living room with Smart TV, dining space with table and 2 chairs for either dining or as needed for work, and has a twin sitter sofa that doubles as a twin bed. Additionally, we have a pack and play for the little. A blow up mattress is available upon request. A fully stocked kitchenette with quartz counter and ceramic tile backsplash serves as a classy coastal micro kitchen for your stay. Iron/Ironing Board available. The closet has an available rod for your use. Additional blankets and pillows are there as well. Your private guest quarters also includes a full walk in shower bathroom with all the softness and relaxation of a spa. Extra towels, linens and toiletries are available. **Rooms and bath are meticulously deep cleaned before each guest.** Take in the gorgeous sunsets from our lovely rear patio or pergola. With your morning cup of tea/coffee you can enjoy a morning sunrise on the porch in the wooden rocker. We welcome you and your family to enjoy all the amenities offered at The Hillside Haven Oasis. They are relatively calm and have good energy as they are lovers and perfect in letting us know if and when strangers approach. They've been dog trained by a professional Dog Trainer, who trains police dogs. They are very obedient and will be in our space and won't bother you unless you decide you'd like to interact with them. The Hillside Haven Oasis is within walking distance to dining, shopping and grocers and more. Pamphlets of local attractions, dining, shopping are available for your viewing pleasure.
