"I had a fantastic stay here!. Located in a convenient and vibrant neighborhood, it provided easy access to Fairview mall and Don mills Station. The cleanliness and organization of the space were impressive. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and well- equipped kitchen Overall, my stay with Amanda was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Toronto.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. Guests have to pay 10 dollars per day to use the kitchen. There are no plates, glasses, and many cobwebs and bugs, showing that they have not been cleaned in a long time the rooms and the bathroom. Amanda uses the washer and dryer at midnight, and the machines turn off at 2:00 am, which affects the rest of the guests. The basement is cold or hot, and the heating or air conditioning does not turn on. When I got to the basement, the sheets and covers were dirty; they had not been washed or cleaned. Many people enter the basement, the gardener and a relative of Amanda's, which interrupts privacy.
