5 STARS!!! Kevin was such an attentive host. I stayed for a month and he made sure I was always well taken care of and always went above & beyond. Same goes for the security staff and cleaning lady. The location is outside of the hectic city, nestled just on the outskirts next to a beautiful, lush forest area. I was a quick Uber, or short walk, to a big mall (The Junctuon) which had everything! City center like 20 mins out. The apartment was super clean and new, all around! Bed was extremely comfortable. Brand new furniture throughout! The patio was my favorite! It faces the east, so those sunrises were the best. I'd sit outside and soak up the sun everyday. Beautiful views on demand! This apartment was perfect! Safe, modern, clean, and the staff made me feel like royalty. Only qualm would be the random burnings at the farm next door (I have asthma). It was rare, but have to let you know it occurs. Other than that, it was one of the best Air B&B experiences I've had! Thanks Kevin!

My stay at Kelvin's started great! He had been patient with my booking as I was facing some platform issues - and finally, when I was able to book, it was a success. The house itself is nice and cozy. But things went sour when one of the sofa legs came off at the joint. I communicated this with him immediately and even sent pics, letting him know that it came off. His initial response was this verbatim: "I will have a fundi [carpenter] come assess the situation, the results will determine if you will pay for the repairs or not!" He then kept up this very ugly accusatory attitude - until the carpenter himself came and confirmed that all the legs on the sofa were weak, and it was not my fault. Kelvin did not apologise for his poor customer service but instead offered to pay me a convenience fee for the fact that I had to stay in the house as the carpenters fixed the sofa. If he chooses to improve on his customer service skills, this place would be a 10/10.

Kelvin's place was the ideal chill spot for me on my short trip to town. The space was exceptional, in a beautiful new building. There was ample parking space, with helpful and alert security guards. If you like silence, privacy and a beautiful view of the city, you gotta stop by here. Everything is as described, and its excellent value for money.
