Perfect for small groups of 2-5 friends or family, our apartment is walkable to grocery stores and 5 minutes by car from a friendly neighborhood town. Perfect for monthly stays, inquire for discounted monthly rates. We look forward to hosting you! This is a familiar and spacious apartment, fully equipped for an unforgettable stay. The main room has a comfortable double bed, private bathroom, 43-inch Smart TV with netflix and a large closet, with views of the park and nature. The private bathroom is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and hand soap, it has hot and cold water. The second room has a semi-double bed, 43-inch Smart TV with netflix and a large closet. It has a view of nature. The third room is a study and has a comfortable single bed, desk, chair and a view of the beautiful mountain. The social bathroom is fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and hand soap, it has hot and cold water. The kitchen is fully equipped, it joins the dining room and loft-style balcony. We have an extra office space with a very comfortable 1.70 meter desk to work and/or study next to the dining room. The room has a projector to watch series, movies or whatever you want to connect to it since it has the possibility of connecting via bluetooth or wifi to any device, it also has cables to make the connection in case you want to connect video games. netflix is installed on the projector for you to enjoy immediately. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed. On the balcony is the gas heater for hot water and cooking, there is also a small living room to enjoy the scenery and fresh air. You will have access to the entire apartment, private parking, visitor parking if you need it, central park, children's pool, soccer field, basketball, ping pong, and social room.

I ended up staying in two units back to back with the same guest rather host. I think it was very economical. Super convenient with the grocery store on the first floor across the way is an amazing village. I love walking around.

Marinilla is a Colombian municipality located in the department of Antioquia and is one of the 9 municipalities that make up the eastern highlands. The neighbourhood is located 30 minutes from José María Córdoba airport, 10 minutes from Rionegro, 40 minutes from el Peñol-Guatapé, 200 meters from the Medellín Bogotá highway, with excellent transportation routes.
In the surroundings of the property there is absolute peace, fresh air, sounds of birds, the unit is surrounded by export tea crops, it is a supremely calm and safe neighborhood, you will find delicious typical restaurants, other more contemporary ones such as the famous elemental restaurant .
There are supermarkets, D1 stores, clothing stores, grocery stores, churches and much more.
People are very friendly and willing to help at all times.
You can walk around the neighborhood, we have elevators, stairs and ramps to climb the different levels. Parking is private and covered.
Our apartment is located approximately 40 minutes from the city of Medellín, 20 minutes from José María Córdova International Airport, 40 minutes from El Peñol and Guatape.
The apartment is located within a gated community with 24/7 security, has private parking and visitor parking. Inside the unit you can find a sauna, Turkish bath, gym, soccer field, basketball court, ping pong table, solarium, a children's pool and a very fun park for the little ones, it has beautiful green areas for walking.
Outside the unit you can find a mini-market and a delicious restaurant.
The town is located 5 minutes away and you can find specialties such as Arepas made of cheese and chocolo, pandeyucas, pandebonos, as well as a wide variety of sancochos and typical plates.
We recommend you visit the ELEMENTAL restaurant in the entire Marinilla park, the Cordobés or the beans palace.
