We came up for one last snowmobile ride. Was able to book this on the drive up. Was easy to find and we were able to snowmobile right from the property as the trail goes right beside it. Lance was quick to communicate and helpful with any questions.

Great location with excellent parking for recreating in the Fort Kent and Alagash area. The trail is 100 yards from the front door but there was not excessive noise even in bedroom closest to the trail. The location for snowmobiling was as good as it gets and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Very clean, but just the second you stepped in all you could smell was mold . Quite sure the smell was coming from the basement, I opened the basement door and the smell was awful .

We rented this property for a moose hunt. The location was perfect, only 25 minutes from Northern Maine Woods Little Black Checkpoint. You are also right next to the main ATV and Snowmobile trail system. The property was exactly as described and Lance was very responsive and pleasant to deal with. This is the perfect location for any outdoorsman looking for a convenient location with all the bare necessities. We would certainly rent this property again.

place was clean. needs more kitchen cook wear and eating utensils. over all it was good place to stay.
