Superb short stay in Michael’s cottage which is an excellent base for exploring Ely. Cottage is welcoming with great design features, quality fixtures and fittings, an extensive range of kitchen equipment and is well stocked. The delicious welcome treats were a lovely touch. Really enjoyed the popular local restaurants - booking recommended. Communication with Michael was always prompt, helpful and friendly - the sourdough recommendation was particularly appreciated. A fabulous Airbnb. Thank you.

My partner and I recently stayed at Michael's place for my old housemate's wedding, and we decided to make a weekend of it. We feel so fortunate to have had a friendly, responsive host who was really thorough and warm and made lots of great local recommendations to us as well, from taxis to where to get amazing bread. Plus the cottage is absolutely gorgeous - great amenities, well-cared for and a beautiful garden (especially during our early spring stay - we ate breakfast outside on both mornings). Both Ely city centre and the train station are walkable from the property. I cannot recommend the cottage and hosts enough - we would stay here again in a heartbeat if the opportunity presented itself. thank you so much!

Great home to stay in, clean, modern and stylish, perfect secluded garden and all on the doorstep of a the beautiful Cathedral city of Ely.

A beautiful home, comfortable, clean and unique. The garden was beautiful and I enjoyed watching and listening to the birds. Michael was a fabulous host and was most welcoming. The coffee maker was top notch! I highly recommend.
