before coming I saw some bad reviews, when I asked Jade about it she gave me some reasons that I shouldn't worry about it. be carful and please worry about it those reviews are legit. the arrival was good, the place is clean and location is good but the flat is not worth what you pay for, before booking you feel the house is vibrant but its like ghost city inside none talk to each other and you can hear everything next door. there is no hot water. I never found spoons forks, they were in the machine all the time because others used them earlier. on the check out day I had to move in my apartment at night so I asked jade to if can keep my luggage inside then she directly send me all those links to submit extra payments, almost in every message she send you links to pay. she rejected keeping my stuff claiming others are coming and cleaning lady has to clean where I know there was space enough for everything but no rules are rules she says for the price i spent I could have smith better

Logement très propre pour un logement partagé. Moi qui est du mal avec l’hygiène la je me suis sentit très bien !

Great place at Downtown. Near of all cafe, restaurants and metro . Jade are too corporative and helpful. Facilities are good washing machines, coffee machines...etc . Recommend for new comers to Montreal Downtown.
