Marshall’s place was perfect. Sandy, OR, was a great location for exploring northern Oregon. The coast is less than two hours away, while Mt Hood and the Columbia River Gorge (incredible) are 40 minutes away. The house was exactly as described. Beautiful wood throughout. The house maintains its antique-ish, rustic feel but clearly it was restored with care and expertise, with all the space and modern amenities we could ask for. Everything in that house worked - dishwasher, spa, AC, plumbing, every single light bulb… And the beds! Those are “hit and miss” with ABnB, but here they are terrific. Our family used all three bedrooms and we all loved the beds. We ran into the neighbors a couple times, they are lovely! Great walkable options: Brady’s Brats n Burgers, local vinyl record shop (forgot the name), several pizza places, and more. We wish we had more time there! We would definitely stay here again.

The home is large and spacious. Marshall was responsive and proactive about following up with us about our stay. His neighbors to the side are very sweet and came to great use when we arrived. Sandy is quiet and peaceful. The home is right by one of two main roads that go through and can be loud at night. The hot tub is a great bonus and I’m happy we used it! Overall enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay with lots of restaurants nearby to walk to, close to a major road but was quiet. Very nice kitchen and rooms, would definitely stay here again.

Marshall’s place is amazing! We fell in love with the kitchen and the feel of the home. It’s perfectly located in downtown Sandy. Marshall was very responsive and kind! It was nice to see the transformation of the home. Thanks Marshall!
