Great location, close to the plaza and activities! Check in and check out was super easy and the room was stocked up with everything we needed for our two night stay (just like any high-end hotel). Environment was comfortable and we loved bringing our dog for our stay. Room could use a little upgrade, but it was cozy and exactly what we needed for the price. Great find.

The up side: This hotel had AMAZING, ice cold air conditioner. It was in a fabulous location (short walking distance to coffee, green spaces, the plaza, restaurants and shopping galore). The amenities were thoughtful (q tips, bathrobes, coffee) and the furnishings were very nice. Beautiful little outside seating area. The drawback: communication with Bernard was a little confusing regarding booking through airbnb. He seemed unaware that airbnb usually sends the check in instructions, and instead called me and told me to write the instructions down. Furthermore, the checkout time on our reservations through airbnb was different than the checkout time stated on paper in the room, and we had to insist on the checkout time on our original reservations. When I referenced the airbnb booking several times, he said he had no idea about that. Ultimately everything was worked out, but the communications were a little strage.

This location cannot be beat! Aside from an adorable hotel room with a piñon fire, you're within walking distance from basically everything you'd want to see in Santa Fe. Would not hesitate to book again.
