Hello, thank you for letting your lovely place to us last week. Complement the lovely location, charismatic view and the awesome property. We appreciate the immense help from your supports team and particularly Mr. Tyler. The check in process was very smooth and we sincerely thank you For the early check in at 10:00 AM. However there were certain very noticeable disappointments during the stay and we would like to update you so that the future guest do not have a problem. The villa does not support the air conditioning as per the area the air conditioning is fixed. It was never mentioned that the 4th room would be outside the villa as a separate room and not in the common premises. Cleaning was an issue as it was once a week, and we couldn't get anyone from your side even on charges, due to non-availability. The place is lovely, and we would like to clarify that the noise problem due to construction seems to be quite less. Thanks for the stay, it was amazing. Just like the pics
