I was grateful for Tina's comfortable, spacious, and welcoming place. Because she shared the common spaces (kitchen and bathroom), she was readily available for questions and help, as need arose. She clearly explained the amenities and was kind enough to leave me the space I needed after a lot of travelling. There was only one flight of stairs, which was ideal for my carry-on and personal item. I will also add that the hotly debated boiler sounded like a calming, quiet clock ticking most of the time; occasionally it would hum for less than a minute and then shut off; and I barely noticed it. Location-wise, Tina's place is in a very safe (I was a petite, single woman travelling) and beautiful area, near a lot of green spaces and parks. It was also just around the corner from an Underground stop and multiple bus stops, making it very convenient for travel around London. Would recommend for a single traveler looking for a hub whence to explore London with a desire for green space!

Tina's house was my best chose in London. She's very attentive and respectful. The house is very clean and close the restaurants and pubs. If you walk for three minutes and arrives at the station.

He estado cuatro días en la casa de Tina. Tina ha sido muy amable en todo momento. Los espacios de la casa, habitación, cocina y baño estaban muy limpios. Lo único, aunque a mí personalmente no me ha molestado, en la habitación hay una caldera que hace ruido en algunos momentos. Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca de la estación de metro Notting Hill Gate. No dudaría en volver a casa de Tina.
