One minor repairable issue has been reported to the host. Other than that everything was good! Check in and check out was easy. The accommodation itself was as advertised / very comfortable. I would stay there again and I would recommend it to others.

Overall I would recommend this resort, especially if the current health restrictions were not in place. Rebooked our stay with the understanding that the pools were opened using a reservation system. Did not realize that there were not nearly enough reservation time slots to accommodate all of the guests wanting to use the pool throughout the day. Also the resort had stricter standards than what phase 3 called for. Could have had the fitness center and playground opened. Check in experience was difficult due to everyone in masks, glass barriers , background music and several check-in stations making it very difficult to hear what was trying to be communicated at check-in. The property was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The beds were comfortable and the unit was overall pretty clean. The kitchen was well stocked but could use some more attention to detail as the area between the range and countertops had dried on food in it.

Working with Christian was absolutely wonderful. Communication at its best! We were upgraded to Governors Green free of charge. The place was clean, roomy and in a great location! Will definitely book again tomorrow f in the area.

Excellent communication from host, unit was very clean and updated. Expect very crowded pools and game rooms if you go in the summer, so plan on alternate activities off property.
