If I start with the positive, The host was gracious to give us an early check in. He was communicative. The location of the flat is perfect as it’s right next to the train station. We did ask for a refund after being there for 1 night. The listing did not match the pictures. The furniture and decor felt like they were from goodwill - old, dated and felt unclean. The bedding is colorful and felt like a motel. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working and therefore the tv wasn’t working. For the amount charged for a place that is supposed to be a luxury penthouse, it’s opposite. It Felt like a motel. There were minimum instructions on the basics of the home to assist us in clarity for our stay. For the amount that we paid we were sorely disappointed especially because it was our wedding week and so we wanted somewhere nice for family. If you want a high end place to stay, this is not it. There are other places for less money that are much better in the area.
