Great for long stays in Istanbul. The street is excellent and quite safe, with all kinds of commerce (pharmacies, markets, shops, bulk, taxis..) including restaurants that stay open very late and even operate 24 hours. The space is even better than in the photos, spacious and well organized. It has two good wardrobes. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and well equipped. It has air conditioning and heating. Although the street is very busy 24 hours a day, you can't hear anything from the apartment, as it faces the back, with a great view of a space with trees. The metro is about a 10-minute walk away, between 3 to 5 stops from the main attractions. Bus in front. My husband and I work from home and didn't have much trouble with the internet, just the power that went out a few times (about 5 times in a little over 3 months), but it came back on less than 5 minutes later. We had a problem with the information on where to find the key, but it was promptly resolved by Mert. I recommend it!

Great newly furnished flat in a cool location. I know Istanbul quite well but didn't know that Kurtuluş is such a lovely street, full of shops and restaurants. And although the street is quite noisy, the flat is really quiet as it faces the inner court. Everything in the flat was new, super clean and good quality. Just a few things were missing (salt, oil, detergent for washing machine), but otherwise the flat had everything you might need. Good internet too - mostly I didn't have problems working online (zoom conferences). The only downside was the check-in process: Mehmet sent us and confirmed the information about a lockbox with the key, but in the end that wasn't the case - he left the key in a different place and sent us the video at 9:30 PM (we arrived in Turkey 30 min before and didn't have any sim-card or wifi so couldn't check it). The next day Mehmet said that the neighbours were complaining because of that. Luckily, that was the only problem during our stay. All in all the flat is great and we highly recommend it, and I hope Mehmet will fix the check-in process for the new guests.
