Very nice place in good location, Karim communicated well with us. Would reccomend for a weekend.
Pros: The place was easy to find, a 30minutes walk to the seas side, the host was very responsive and helpful. The place was clean, it was an ok stay for one night. Cons: The place is very old, needs maintenance, there was mold in the bath, and the shower had no pressure at all. Furniture very old, kitchen very old(oven rusty). After one hour-ish we were at the place, the host knocked at the door to pick up some laundry, which we thought it was really odd, as we’ve never experienced a place where the host lives downstairs and comes in once you’ve checked in. The host sent us a series of rules of the house, which included no talking after 11pm in the kitchen, due to the place being old he could hear from his bedroom( which was under the kitchen). So it makes us feel a bit on edge, and not really “at home”. Overall ok if you’re staying one night only and you don’t plan to spend much time there. Definitely not coming back.

Karim was a great host, got back to me quickly if I needed to find out extra information.. the place itself was very clean and tidy and walking distance to the train station and beach, Would recommend.
