On arrival, door code was not working. Slow to respond via text which left me and my family waiting while it was 20* outside. The BBQ was left open and a snow storm covered the grill top and left it inoperable. We found stains and hair in each of the beds. The garage keypad was broken which left us no where to park or store our ski equipment. I made several attempts to contact the management company with no response.

I want to start by saying the location is great. It is right across from Giant Steps and has the most beautiful view of the slopes. The bathrooms were clean and there is a lot of room for all the stuff you have to bring. The place sleeps 8 perfectly. However, I did not give the place a 5 star review because of the trouble we had checking in as well as the non-action to fix any of the issues that we were experiencing. Upon arrival, one garage door was left open so we were able to use that garage. However, neither garage (interior) doors worked. Both had dead key pads, the one we did use is missing its door knob. Upon arrival, the front door was also open, TV on, lights on, garbage at entry, garbage in kitchen, food in sink, kitchen was not cleaned at all. We thought we were in the wrong spot. Kitchen is missing pans, can opener, etc. everything was filthy or missing. (I was refunded the cleaning fee.) The doors were never fixed. None of my other concerns were addressed or resolved.

I can’t complain regarding the place itself. It is clean, spacious and the location is perfect. I am giving a low rating because of unpleasant experience checking in at the place. They provided a code for the front door at the day of check in. When we arrived, code wasn’t working. It was freezing outside and we can’t get in. I tried calling the number that was provided, it went directly to a voicemail. I sent a text, i got no reply. I tried calling again and someone finally answered. I explained the situation, she said she will look into it and will message me. I waited for 15mins, no message, and so I called again. No apologies or anything, she said there is a problem with the door and just use a physical key that was placed somewhere. We got in and realized i don’t have the code for the garage to park our car. I called again and she said she will message me for the code for the garage. There was no other available parking space so i waited in the car. 20mins past, still no message for the garage door code. I have to call again to get the code. Still no apologies or anything. I just didn’t argue since we are all tired and just want to unload our stuff and rest
