About this space
Baan Kiatprawut is a traditional two-story house located in the central of Mueng Ubon Ratchathani district, Ubon Ratchathani province. There are local market, 7-11, Lotus express, and pharmacy in front of our village just 2 minute walk. It is close to Wat Phra That Nong Bua, Ubon Sqaure center, BigC night market, Ubon Ratchathani Zoo, and it is only 12minutes to Ubon Ratchathani international airport.
The space
Baan Kiatprawut is a traditional two-story house with 4 parking located in the central of Mueng Ubon Ratchathani district. The first floor provides a kitchen, a washing machine, a living space where you can chill on the couch and enjoy Netflix. Next to the living space is a dining room table with 8 chairs which can seats up 8 to 10 people. The areas are on the main level, while all bedrooms reside upstairs including 3 bedrooms; an ensuite master room, a double bed room, and a triple bed room. The double and triple rooms are shared bathroom but it is next to the door like it is inside your room.
Room1: An ensuite master room
An ensuite master room is the biggest room of the house for 3 people maximum up to 6 people extra guest will be charged 250Bath/person per night.
Room2: Triple bed
A triple bed room with shared bathroom for 3 people maximum up to 5 people extra guest will be charged 250Bath/person per night.
Room: Double bed
A double bed room with shared bathroom for 2 people maximum up to 3 people extra guest will be charged 250Bath/person per night.
Guest access
Guests can share all the areas of the house including the washing machine, refrigerator, kitchen, dining room, living room except bedrooms upstairs.
