We had a great stay with our family (two adults, two little kids). Short walk to the river, coffee shops and lunch spots.
This was a good stay for two families of six. We enjoyed both the house and the location with wonderful cafés right up the street and South Bank a short walk away. Depending on the family constellation, it probably fits six ppl better. Dinner table only had six chairs.

The suburb is renowned for its diverse dining options, including a wide range of international cuisine, trendy cafes, and local eateries. Boundary Street is a popular spot for food enthusiasts. The West End Markets and Davies Park Market are well-known for fresh produce, artisan goods, and a vibrant atmosphere on weekends while being situated along the Brisbane River, offering beautiful riverfront views and recreational opportunities. There are several parks and green spaces in the area, such as West End Riverside Park and Musgrave Park, where residents and visitors can relax and enjoy the outdoors. Both West End and Highgate Hill are conveniently located close to the CBD and restaurants, making it accessible for work and leisure activities.
3 parking spots (carport), and easy access to bus, train & ferry. Train & bus station is ~700m away. Cheap paid parking Monday to Friday, and free parking on weekends. Restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and all amenities are a walkable distance away along with even Southbank and the CBD.
